Job Title: Head of Reception Services
Salary: 47,500
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (some flexibility required)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Reception Services to lead front-of-house operations at a vibrant residential community in central London. This role oversees 24/7 reception services, fire safety, security, and some building management, ensuring exceptional service for residents, visitors, and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the 24/7 reception service, ensuring high standards of customer service.
* Manage and train the reception team, motivating a strong service culture.
* Ensure compliance with fire safety and building regulations, acting as Head Fire Marshal.
* Oversee security operations, including incident management and stakeholder liaison.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and digital systems for front-of-house services.
* Support estates management in maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance.
* Monitor and report on service performance, security, and building safety.
* Manage department budgets, planning resources effectively.
* Contribute to business continuity strategies.
* Represent the organisation at key meetings, audits, and external events.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience managing customer-facing services in reception, estates, or facilities.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of fire safety regulations and experience in residential/commercial building safety.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
* Experience in budget management and business planning.
* [Desirable] Qualifications in facilities or hospitality management.
