Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. This role primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer support to our High Potential customers and clients from high revenue segments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to product and associated software, hardware, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to users across various platforms including software, hardware, and integrations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and our support tools.
  • Deliver customer support through various channels such as support tickets, screen sharing, and other methods as necessary.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers via support tickets.
  • Reproduce customer issues in an internal test environment and escalate them to higher support tiers or engineering teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Engage in additional customer support tasks as required.
  • Propose and manage small budget projects, as well as participate in assigned project work.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, ideally in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in project work.
