Part-Time Airline Customer Care Adviser (Japanese-Speaking) - Temporary to Permanent
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: 12.50 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday (shifts between 1:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Customer Care Adviser to join our client on a temporary to permanent contract. In this role, you will assist airline customers with flight bookings, changes, baggage inquiries, and general customer service support via phone and email.
Key Requirements:
- Experience using Amadeus GDS is preffered
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Professional telephone manner and attention to detail
- Airline or travel industry experience preferred
