Role Overview:

Salary:  26,000 - 28,000 (Depending on experience)

Hours: 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday

Role Summary:

We are looking to recruit a Patient Onboarding Representative who will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, with any queries being dealt with appropriately and efficiently.

Role Duties:

  • Dealing with new patient registrations.
  • Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
  • Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
  • Sourcing relevant information and additional information as required
  • Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries

Qualification/Experience for Role:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English preferred
  • Experience with KPIs and commission-based targets or roles desired
  • Suitable experience within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role desired
  • Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues

Our Client

A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. They work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Their prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
