Prestige Service Advisor

Our client, a Motor Trade main dealer group in the Woolwich area, is on the lookout for a Prestige Service Advisor to join their busy team. If you are interested in finding out more – please contact us today!

As a Service Team Manager, you will be the main contact for the customer. From initially meeting them to finalising the invoice on completion and handing the vehicle back – you’ll be responsible for consulting the customers, informing them of any progress with their vehicle, notifying them of any issues that arise along with managing customer/business expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers, in a polite and courteous manner throughout the day.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our aftersales products and services.
  • Working directly with a team of technicians, allocating jobs according to time and ability whilst ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Updating all customers regarding their vehicle repairs and any extra work that may be required.
  • Ensuring that the customers vehicles are handled with care whilst in the responsibility of the Service Workshop and that all cars are cleaned and valeted ready for handover to customer.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Proven experience within a Service Team Leader / Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor position, within the motor trade.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
