Responsiblities
- keeping fire risk works order data up to date
- raising purchase orders
- collating data
- planning trade diaries
- raising and planning follow ons
- liaising with subbys
Requirements
- Knowledge of inventory management including in-house and external supply chains
- Previous experience in a similar role with a housing association or council
- Good understanding of repairs types, prioritisation and timeframes, trades and materials, stock and asset information
- Good Customer Service Skills
Contract
- Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
- PAYE via Umbrella
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
