About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an expanding telecoms company, for a Retail Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing business, offering tailored communication solutions for both business and consumer customers.
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in-store, ensuring customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in a friendly and
professional manner
- Identify customer requirements by asking the right questions and offering tailored
solutions
- Advise customers on products and services in-store, over the phone, or via email
- Cross-sell products and services to help drive sales
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to ensure accurate advice is given
- Maintain a clean and professional retail environment, ensuring stock is organised and
secure
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the
store
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment (telecoms experience is desirable)
- A keen interest in technology and telecommunications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A professional and presentable appearance at all times
