Todrivethestandardincustomercareanddeliveracourteousandefficientreception
ensuringahighstandardofcustomersatisfaction.Toensurehighstandardsofquality
workmanshipandbeanadvocateoftheserviceProcessDevelopmentPlanandsupport
continuousprocessimprovement.YoulldemonstrateourclientsPurpose,Principles,and
Ambition(PPA)inalldealingswithcolleagues,customerandprospects.
OurclientislookingforanexperiencedServiceAdvisorwhohastheabilityto
worktodeadlinesandhandlesensitiveandconfidentialinformation.You'llhave
excellentcommunicationskillsandexperienceinaselling/customerservice
environment.Inadditiontoastrongpeoplebackgroundtheyarelookingfor
applicantswhocandemonstratedrive,commitmentandenthusiasmalongwith
willingnesstocontributetotheteamandmoreimportantlytheircustomers.
KeyResponsibilities:
Drivethestandardincustomercarewiththediversecustomerbase
Managetherelationshipbetweencustomeranddealership.
Managetheserviceprocesseffectively.
Gobeyondprocessindeliveringexceptionalcustomerservice.
Delivereffectivevalue-addedsalessolutionstocustomerstoethicallypromote
thewiderangeofourclientsproductsandservices.
EssentialSkills&Experience:
Administrativeexperience.
Abletohandlesensitiveandconfidentialinformation.
Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskillswithexperiencehandling
complaints.
Evidenceofcustomerfacingadministrativeexperience.
Experienceinaselling/customerserviceenvironment.
Fulldrivinglicenseheldforaminimumof6monthswithfewerthan9penalty
points.
