Experienced Service Advisor required! Are you an experienced service advisor within the automotive industry?
- Well known franchise for higher end cars
- Based in Woolwich (Easy access from Woolwich / Plumstead / Woolwich Arsenal stations + the Thames Clipper!)
- Must have relevant industry experience
- To 31,500 basic (OTE to 53K)
- 8am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main contact for the customer from initial meeting to finalising the invoice on completion and handing the vehicle back to the customer. You will be responsible for consulting with the customer the work to be undertaken on their vehicle and keeping them informed of the progress and professionally resolving any issues that may arise, managing customer and business expectations.
Must have a full clean driving licence for minimum 1yr+ to be considered.
