This is your chance to join a high-performing aftersales team and take your career to the next level with a globally admired automotive brand.About the Role As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their service experience is smooth and professional from start to finish. From consulting on required work to managing expectations and finalizing invoices, you’ll play a key role in customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a friendly and courteous greeting to customers throughout their visit.
  • Update customers on vehicle repairs, additional work required, and progress, maintaining excellent communication.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of aftersales products and services.
  • Complete all service and repair paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with technicians to allocate jobs efficiently while ensuring service excellence.
  • Handle customer vehicles with care and return them in pristine condition.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Team Manager in the automotive industry.
  • A strong passion for customer service and the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on diary management and follow-ups.
  • A clean UK driving license held for at least one year.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £31,500 basic, OTE £45,000 - £53,000+ per annum.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (45 hours/week), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am – 12:30pm, paid additionally).
