- Provide a friendly and courteous greeting to customers throughout their visit.
- Update customers on vehicle repairs, additional work required, and progress, maintaining excellent communication.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of aftersales products and services.
- Complete all service and repair paperwork accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with technicians to allocate jobs efficiently while ensuring service excellence.
- Handle customer vehicles with care and return them in pristine condition.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Team Manager in the automotive industry.
- A strong passion for customer service and the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on diary management and follow-ups.
- A clean UK driving license held for at least one year.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Competitive Salary: £31,500 basic, OTE £45,000 - £53,000+ per annum.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (45 hours/week), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am – 12:30pm, paid additionally).
