Your RoleAs a Service Advisor, you’ll be the customer’s main point of contact from start to finish.   • Providing updates on vehicle repairs and ensuring transparent communication.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
  • A valid, clean UK Driving Licence (held for at least 1 year).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
