Your RoleAs a Service Advisor, you’ll be the customer’s main point of contact from start to finish. Whether it’s consulting on services, keeping them updated on progress, or ensuring their car is handed back in pristine condition, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier service.Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Providing updates on vehicle repairs and ensuring transparent communication.
- Coordinating with technicians and managing workflow efficiently.
- Handling paperwork with precision and maintaining excellent organisational standards.
- Exceeding customer expectations with every interaction.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- A valid, clean UK Driving Licence (held for at least 1 year).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Competitive Salary: Basic £31,500 + OTE of £45,000–£53,000+ per annum.
- Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-12:30pm).
