Service Team Leader
Basic £35k-38k with £45-50k OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm) / 1 in 5 Saturdays (hours negotiable for the right candidate)
Our client, a main dealer group in the Hampstead area, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader or Assistant Service Manager to join their busy team.
To successfully apply for this role, you will need to have previous experience in Service role within a main dealership, along with a very stable CV.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Team Leader:
- Manage the front of house operations including a team of 4 Service Advisors and 1 Administrator.
- Manage team performance, individual performance, WIP, KPI’s, time management and organisation of the team.
- Understanding, setting and tracking of KPI’s of a Service department and team.
- Deliver top level customer service and ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
- Coving the Service Advisor role during times of holidays or sickness.
- Helping the department cross sell Service Plans, Tyres and other work needed.
- Helping Finalise the invoice on completion of required work.
Your Background & Skills:
- Someone eager to progress to Service Manager level who wants to prove themselves in the role.Â
- Proven experience working in a busy and demanding dealership, as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader or Assistant Service Manager.
- Top level customer skills and experience are essential.
- Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers (which lead to customer loyalty and referrals).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
