Are you a passionate Therapy Lead looking to make a difference in brain injury rehabilitation?We areseeking a talented Therapy Lead to joina Brain Injury Service in South London. This centre is renowned for providing exceptional care to adults with complex neurological disabilities.

Our client is a respected charity with a rich history of supporting individuals with neuro-disability. They offer a range of services, including rehabilitation, residential care, and palliative care, all tailored to the unique needs of each resident. As a Therapy Lead, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing the Therapy service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Care to drive service development and make informed decisions.
  • Providing expert clinical advice and maintaining a specialist caseload.
  • Actively participating in service development to meet user and stakeholder needs.
  • Working within the interdisciplinary Brain Injury Services team.

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist.
