We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join a Corporate firm based in Central London. This is a hybrid 12 month contract and is paying 27k. A minimum of 6 months commercial experience or a degree in an English based subject.
The role
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients providing consultative advice
- Liaising directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks and court reporting teams
- Having in-depth knowledge of the customer platform
- Liaising closely with the Business Development team
- Regular and accurate recording of control information
