We are currently looking for an Up and Coming Customer service agent to join a corporate firm based in Central London. This is an ongoing temp role and is paying 27-29k depending on experience. This role could suit a graduate who has a minimum of 6 months experience.
The role
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Having in-depth knowledge of the business platforms
- Liaising closely with the Business Development team
- Regular and accurate recording of control information
- Dealing with customer queries
- Some ad hoc admin tasks
