We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for a corporate firm in Central London.
The position is a temporary role with a salary range of £27,000 to £29,000, depending on experience.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, making it suitable for recent graduates.
Responsibilities include being the main point of contact for clients and liaising with the Business Development team.
Additional duties involve managing customer queries and performing some administrative tasks.

We are currently looking for an Up and Coming Customer service agent to join a corporate firm based in Central London. This is an ongoing temp role and is paying 27-29k depending on experience. This role could suit a graduate who has a minimum of 6 months experience.

The role

- Acting as the main point of contact for clients

- Having in-depth knowledge of the business platforms

- Liaising closely with the Business Development team

- Regular and accurate recording of control information

- Dealing with customer queries

- Some ad hoc admin tasks
