Salt is seeking a Data Analyst for a 6-month contract with a Financial Services client, starting ASAP.
The role involves developing and implementing dashboards to analyze revenue-driving activities and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key skills required include proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Qliksense, along with experience in ETL processes and A/B testing.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and experience in delivering user-friendly dashboards.
The position offers a salary of $70,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Salt is excited to once again collaborate with this Financial Services client as they continue their growth plans and are now looking to hire a Data Analyst to support their CS team on an ASAP starting, 6 month contract position.

Your main role will be to develop and implement dashboards that analyse revenue-driving activities. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities: - Design and build interactive dashboards to track retention and revenue activities.- Develop ETL processes for data integration, using SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.- Analyse A/B tests and provide historical data for performance benchmarks- Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine dashboards and present insights to stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any data issues.

Key Skills Required:- Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Qliksense. Familiar with ETL tools and A/B testing methodologies- Familiarity with call center and web data metrics an advantage but not essential- Proven ability to deliver user-friendly dashboards, strong problem-solving, effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, and time management.- Experienced with Power BI, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and fast-paced environments.
