Customer and Supplier Master Data Analyst - SAP
My client are eagerly searching for a Customer and Supplier Master Data Analyst to work on a 6 month initial contract. The successful candidate will be working on a Data Governance programme looking to deliver cleansed, standardised data in SAP, Salesforce and DocuSign.
Key Skills
- Experience of working in data specific roles
- Experience of analysing, cleansing, improving, transforming master and transactional data in relation to Customer and Supplier
- Data model mapping experience
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience working on major data initiatives, utilising Agile methodologies to deliver at pace
- Experience in building data validation rules
- An analytical, curious can-do attitude
- Experience of working with SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Services, SAP MDG
- Highly beneficial: Previous expertise in working in a services-based industry
Role Responsibilities
- Map data models across all three systems
- Document business requirements
- Support development of new integration's for data flow between the three systems
- Assist in the development of an Entity Master Data hierarchy structure, to facilitate KYC activities and minimise risk
- Developing Data Quality rules to support prioritisation of cleansing activities
- Produce and implement Data domain standards to support standard definitions, correct use and understanding of data
- Provide the link between IT and business to ensure processes and the required data is understood
- Use tools such as SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services, MDG Cloud or equivalent to support data validation, match and verification activities
- Work with business stakeholders and designated Data Owners and Data Stewards to deliver data quality improvement plans, setting out clear expectations and roles and responsibilities
- Ensure that master data governance is embedded across the given domains
- Train end users in the correct use of data for a given process
