THE COMPANY
I am working with a renowned UK retailer on a mid-level Customer Data Analyst position. You will identify key customer segments and their loyalty and analyse campaign effectiveness across diverse marketing channels.
THE ROLE
The successful Customer Data Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Customer analytics focus; CRM & Loyalty programs, marketing effectiveness, and broader insights
- Provide insights on customer behaviour, including assessing growth contributions, cohort analysis, and churn rates
- Develop forecasts and evaluate campaign effectiveness across marketing channels, focusing on incrementality, ROI
- Support in-depth analyses and incremental assessments of performance to derive actionable insights.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Commercial experience in SQL
- Exposure to cloud based platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery
- Background in Customer/Marketing/Insight Analytics
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to generate actionable insights
