THE COMPANY

I have partnered with a UK FinTech on lead level growth analytics hire.

THE ROLE

The successful Lead Data Analyst responsibilities will include:

Own your workload - manage your priorities and deliver high-impact insights
Stakeholder communication - collaborate with commercial, marketing, and leadership teams to translate data into business strategy
Business performance tracking - develop and enhance reporting frameworks to ensure the right metrics are being monitored
Marketing & growth analytics - support new campaigns, user acquisition strategies, retention initiatives, and loyalty programs
Strategic recommendations - turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial success

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a data analytics role, ideally at a senior level
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Commercial mindset - ability to translate numbers into business strategy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with growth, marketing, retention, and loyalty analytics
