The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to support marketing, sales, and analytics efforts. Reporting to the Head of Audience Data and Insight, you'll play a critical role in implementing and optimising their recently adopted Customer Data Platform (CDP), Amperity, and contribute to advanced analytics projects.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing and developing automated dashboards and reports using Looker to track financial and performance metrics.
- Analysing audience data to inform strategies on revenue growth, acquisition costs, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities across various product streams.
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of our CDP, enhancing marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Promoting a data-driven culture across the business by empowering teams with actionable insights.
- Becoming a domain expert in live events, paid content, and key markets to provide targeted analysis.
About you:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL is essential, with Python as a bonus.
- Experience with Looker is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
- Ability to navigate and analyze complex datasets effectively.
- Experience: Around 5 years in a similar role, ideally within media or a related industry (B2B/B2C experience both welcome).
