The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to support marketing, sales, and analytics efforts. Reporting to the Head of Audience Data and Insight, you'll play a critical role in implementing and optimising their recently adopted Customer Data Platform (CDP), Amperity, and contribute to advanced analytics projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and developing automated dashboards and reports using Looker to track financial and performance metrics.
  • Analysing audience data to inform strategies on revenue growth, acquisition costs, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities across various product streams.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of our CDP, enhancing marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Promoting a data-driven culture across the business by empowering teams with actionable insights.
  • Becoming a domain expert in live events, paid content, and key markets to provide targeted analysis.

About you:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL is essential, with Python as a bonus.
    • Experience with Looker is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
    • Ability to navigate and analyze complex datasets effectively.
  • Experience: Around 5 years in a similar role, ideally within media or a related industry (B2B/B2C experience both welcome).
  • Personality Fit:
    • Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams across a complex business.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for uncovering insights.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment managing multiple brands and product offerings.

THE BENEFITS
