Appointed Person Opportunity - Lifting Operations for a Hyperscale Data Centre

We are currently working with a tier 1 MEP contractor who are major players in the data centre, commercial and life science sectors with a turnover of c. 750m. They are currently delivering a hyperscale data centre in North Acton and are looking to engage with an experienced AP for lifting operations.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Lifting Appointed Person certification
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Crane Operator ticket (preferred)
• Previous experience on large-scale projects, ideally within data centresor similar
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols in line with industry standards

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage lifting operations, ensuring safety protocols are rigorously followed
• Collaborate with site managers, lifting teams, and other personnel to execute project tasks efficiently
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all lifting activities comply with companyregulations and project specifications
