Job Title: Data Entry Administrator

Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid working 3 days in, 2 days at home)

- Hourly rate: £12.50 - £13.50

- Contract Length: 2 weeks minimum could be up to at least a month depending on how long the project runs.

- Working Pattern: Full Time 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from one system to another, ensuring all information is inputted correctly and efficiently.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring information is updated and in line with guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other team members to resolve any data-related issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software and systems.
