Excel Administrator

Job Title: Excel Administrator

Location: Canary Wharf

- Hourly Rate: £12 to £13

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Contract Length: 2 weeks

- Working Pattern: Full Time 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Excel
  • Perform advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Input and sort data into the appropriate fields
  • Generate reports and summaries from raw data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insightful analysis
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify data
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures
