Data Privacy Manager - London

2 days per week onsite

Salary upto £70k

Data Privacy Manager required for a leading client based in central London. My client is currently seeking a Data Privacy Manager to come on board to define, evaluate, monitor, and report on compliance requirements related to technology and cyber privacy. You will assist in conducting and facilitating technology and cyber privacy impact assessments and reviews. Furthermore you will identify, assess, and monitor programs aimed at remediating technology and cyber privacy risks.

Key skills and responsibilities,

  • Previous Data Privacy experience
  • IT Privacy Management experience
  • Evaluate vendors and solutions from a data privacy perspective.
  • Support Group Legal with the annual Record of Processing Activities (ROPAs).
  • Review audit clauses, sub-processors, processing activities, and conduct transfer impact assessments within supplier Data Protection Agreements (DPAs).
  • Monitor and report on data mapping of personal data at the application level.
  • Recommend and lead privacy initiatives for IT and Cyber in response to new privacy regulations.
  • Hold or be actively pursuing qualifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CDPSE, CISA, or CRISC.
  • Possess strong IT skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of IT and privacy frameworks and standards regulations like GDPR,
