We are looking to recruit a Policy and Performance Officer for a Housing association based in Brixton, SW9. This is an opportunity to use excel and data management skills, shaping a role in a new group structure.
Our client is a resident-led social housing charity responsible for the delivery of housing management and maintenance services for around 1,718 homes and several commercial/community buildings in Stockwell, Brixton. They do this in partnership with their parent organisation, a G15 Housing Group.
This role is paying c£38k per annum and will report to the Policy and Performance Manager. The focus of the role of very much on data analytics and creation of reports to demonstrate performance across the organisation. Experience in using PowerBI or similar software is essential. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to process volumes of data quickly and to present it in a digestible format, creating visual reports etc.
