A leading entertainment provider is looking to hire a CRM Data Analyst to join their Analytics function
THE COMPANY
The business are a leading and global entertainment provider specialised in the theatre space, with multiple venues across the globe and running thousands of shows each year.
And they are seeking to hire a CRM Data Analyst to join their Customer Analytics team and support the business as it undergoes a period of rapid growth.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Transforming key reporting areas into high-level dashboard solutions using Power BI

Enhancing the businesses reporting capabilities

Analysing data and providing key insights to stakeholders

Provide insights and recommendations to enable the business to make data-driven decisions

Working with senior stakeholders and clients across the business
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong technical experience in SQL and Power BI

Proven track record working with CRM and Marketing data

Strong stakeholder management skills
