Job Overview

We are looking for an Data Administrator to join our Outsourcing department.

You will be self-motivated, able to work to tight deadlines, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to work unsupervised. Training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

- Maintain department’s client database and workflow trackers on Excel via Sharepoint and OneDrive

- Scan client documents received by post and sent electronically and upload them on the server and to the Dext document capture software

- Raise monthly bills on CCH software

- Liaise with clients and team by phone and email

- Download monthly payroll reports from payroll software

- Retrieve time spent from CCH software and add to workflow tracker

- Prepare VAT registration online submissions and liaise with clients and HMRC

- Control job allocation to back office team

- Undertake any additional tasks/duties as required

- Ensure professional standards are met

- Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm

- Strong focus to self-development and continuing professional education with a view to progressing in practice

Technical Requirements:

- Ideal candidates will be computer literate.

- Working knowledge of Outlook, sharepoint, onedrive and strong Excel skills

- Training on other softwares will be provided
