We are currently working in partnership with a National Federated charity, renowned for their youth work across the UK. They are looking to appoint two Data Administrator roles on a three-month temporary contract.
This role is looking to start w/c 27th of January as a full-time position based in London. They are offering an hourly rate of c. £12.00 PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Access and review member contact records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Update records as per the provided guidelines or instructions
- Cross-reference records with a spreadsheet to ensure accurate tracking
- Mark updated records as complete within the tracking spreadsheet
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in the data
- Adhere to data privacy and governance policies during all tasks
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar platforms (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and time-management skills
Working hours:
- Full time (35 hours a week)
- Monday to Friday
