The Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights from our vast datasets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Data Visualisation: Create compelling data visualisations to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data Modelling: Develop statistical models to forecast future trends and optimise business processes.
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Statistical Knowledge: A solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for Data: A genuine enthusiasm for data and a desire to uncover insights.
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 - £70,000 + great benefits
- 25 days annual level
- Hybrid working
