Data / MI Analyst - Contract

  • Working Arrangement: 5 Days a Week Onsite (With Occasional WFH Days) Central London
  • Day Rate: £300 - £360 per day via Umbrella Engagement (Inside IR35)

As our client settles into their new office space, they are looking for a Data / MI Analyst to join our Corporate Estate Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their analytical skills in a real-world corporate environment, working with data to inform key business decisions. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and reporting on data related to building management, facilities incidents, and office occupancy to support the smooth running of their corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse data from our Building Management System to support decision-making.
  • Support the use of ServiceNow for tracking and reporting on facilities incidents.
  • Analyse trends in occupancy, room use, and service requests to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in compiling and presenting Management Information (MI) reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support with cost control, testing, and physical security data reporting.
  • Assist with supplier management and purchase order administration.
  • Help coordinate and analyse results of building tests and audits.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in facilities management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with diverse data sets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (experience with MS Access is a plus).
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills - able to explain findings clearly.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
