Data Analyst Lead.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days a week on site in London.

Salary: £47,000 - £52,000

Main Duties:

  • Provide effective management and leadership, conducting performance and development reviews of Data Selection Analysts
  • Execute the data strategy and roadmap, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the organisation's data maturity
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of data analysis, leading on developing the people and infrastructure to support the delivery of accurate insights
  • Oversee a portfolio of data projects from planning through to delivery, including setting clear objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organisation's objectives
  • Produce and communicate meaningful and actionable insights through reports and visualisations

Experience:

  • Possess knowledge of modern data management practices, techniques and technologies
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and data, draw insights
  • Previous experience in data analysis and manipulation skills (e.g. advanced FastStats and People Stage, advanced Excel, SQL etc)
  • Strong experience and skills with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Orbit, FastStats)
  • Possess a strong grasp of data governance principles
  • Previous experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365
