??About the Role:As a Data Migration Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the migration of exam-related images and data into our clients new exam platform. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, ensuring that our projects meet objectives and are delivered on time.

??Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Prepare materials for project board meetings and training events.
  • Support examiners in their project duties, ensuring smooth participation.
  • Conduct testing and content checks on the exam platform to uphold exam standards.
  • Assist in updating project documentation and SOPs.

Exam Content Management:

  • Collaborate with Exam Content Coordinators to input and update exam questions.
  • Coordinate meetings with examiners for question writing and standard setting.
  • Compile, clean, and analyse exam data with the Quality and Standards Officer.
  • Prepare and check exams related images and associated data prior to migration onto the new exams platform.

Appeal and Misconduct Management:

  • Research and document evidence on appeal and misconduct cases.
  • Schedule and administer panel meetings, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
  • Respond to inquiries with sensitivity and discretion.

General Administration:

  • Maintain accurate SOPs and update staff guidance materials.
  • Revise processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with data entry, CRM/tech systems
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly without too much direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with exam settings or educational/membership environments.
