Data Programme Manager – London – Up to £100,000 - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract 

VIQU are working with a leading insurance company in London who are undergoing a large digital transformation. They are looking to recruit a data programme manager to manage the transformation of their data landscape. This will involve leading the implementation of new enterprise data platforms, managing multiple data focused programmes simultaneously all whilst ensuring compliance frameworks are adhered to.

This role will sit above a team of 2 individuals in their data team so the ideal candidate must have previous experience of managing a team. The candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and so must have experience managing multiple data focused programmes. 

This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week on site in Central London.

Experience required of the Data Transformation Lead:

• Must have previously led large data transformation programmes, moving from a legacy system to a new enterprise data platform.
• Proven ability to manage multiple data focused programmes, end to end.
• Previously implemented Azure cloud and enterprise data architect systems.
• Experience communicating/translating data plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders based on analytical insights.
• MUST have relevant experience of working within the insurance industry.
