- Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify data-related risks and continuously refine data management practices to ensure the highest quality and streamlined operations.
- Experience: 7+ years as a Data SME, including 5+ years in ServiceNow data management (ITSM module), with a proven track record in data governance and data quality management.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of data management practices within ServiceNow, proficiency in data governance tools, and strong data quality monitoring capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
