My client is looking for a skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimise ETRM relational databases across development, test, and production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance monitoring, automation, and database tuning to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:* Manually create ETRM relational databases for development, test, and production environments.* Monitor and maintain ETRM relational databases for performance and issue resolution.* Develop and support automated scripts for environment setup, removal, and updates.* Implement and maintain automated scripts for monitoring and observability across environments.* Review and contribute to the technical design of environments, ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements such as performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.* Create, maintain, and update knowledge materials for team operations and handovers.* Adhere to standardised support processes used by the team.* Generate and manage ServiceNow requests necessary for database tasks.* Perform performance tuning of databases and application scripts to optimise efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:* Strong experience in relational database creation, management, and optimisation.* Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated scripts for database administration.* Experience with monitoring and observability tools for database performance.* Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and non-functional database requirements.* Familiarity with ServiceNow for request management.* Expertise in performance tuning of databases and application scripts.

Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with ETRM systems.* Strong scripting skills in SQL, PowerShell, or Python.* Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions
