Database Manager role:
London - Hybrid working
We are seeking a Database Manager to collaborate with the Database Director in overseeing client relationships, both for the team based in Location and the client's global offices. This role combines elements of both project management and database management, offering the opportunity to support and enhance the innovative work of our close-knit team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the following:
1)Database management (especially MS SQL), data tools (with a focus on Excel), and data privacy (such as GDPR)
2)Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)
3)Experience with project management for software/database development, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Assist the Database Director in day-to-day operations
2)Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions related to customer data management for both the Geneva office and global offices
3)Manage the database/user interface - from routine maintenance and administrative tasks to supporting the creation of new features or the complete overhaul of the database/user interface
