Do you have experience as an Examinations and Data Manager with strong organisational and interpersonal skills? Join our team as an Examinations and Data Manager at a prestigious school in Haringey, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exam planning, coordination and overseeing the planning, scheduling, and organization of all exam’s requirements.
  • Data Management and collecting, maintaining, and analysing student performance, generating reports, and providing insights to support academic planning and decision-making.
  • Compliance regulations ensuring that exams adhere to educational and examination board regulations.
  • Communicating with Stakeholders acting as the point of contact for teachers, students, and parents regarding exam schedules, results, and any changes in policies or procedures.
  • Assessment of students, monitoring and tracking their progress throughout the academic year and supporting teachers with assessment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant qualification to support the responsibilities of this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of MIS systems, particularly SIMS, is desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide others and respond effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong work ethic and professional communication skills.
  • Provide exceptional support all staff and students alike.
