We are looking for a Temporary Data Administrator to manage our client educational data systems efficiently, ensuring accuracy and functionality in day-to-day operations.

Salary: £15.25- £16.00ph

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of SIMS, including data entry and system management.
  • Develop and manage marksheets and assessments within SIMS to aid in student evaluations.
  • Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, utilizing pivot tables and graphical data representation to support decision-making processes.
  • Perform desktop publishing tasks using Publisher to create educational materials and reports.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Administrator, specifically with SIMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and data analysis.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Publisher for creating professional documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
