Lead Data & BI Analyst:

My healthcare client is currently looking to add a Lead BI Analyst to their current team. You will be working with Data Analysts and BI Developers, leading the team. Your role will be primarily focussed on communicating data to stakeholders around the business and mentoring/upskilling members of the team. The role is based in central London and is hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team's day-to-day activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Act as the main representative of the data function across projects.
  • Oversee BI and data requirements, creating mockups, prototypes, and working with the team to productionize solutions.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners, enforcing data management standards and principles.
  • Provide direct, hands-on assistance for complex data and BI tasks, especially in Power BI.
  • Support junior team members in developing technical skills and resolving challenges.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading/managing a small data team.
  • Proven experience in SQL, Power BI & Azure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
