We are seeking a Data Coordinator to join our Start for Life team. This role involves taking responsibility for data production and collection within designated systems, ensuring data entry is accurate, relevant, and necessary for reporting purposes. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Start for Life Manager and will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and apply a thorough understanding of data collection methods to ensure legal compliance and suitability for family requirements.
  • Register new families accessing services across various venues onto the data management system and assist with administrative tasks, including system upgrades testing.
  • Input session attendance data and ensure it meets the requirements for Start for Life reporting.
  • Conduct data cleansing exercises, manage the master data set, and suggest improvements for data analysis.
  • Provide support to the wider team through efficient administrative tasks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Design and implement processes around data collection, input, and analysis under the guidance of the Head of Performance & Analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with service users and the wider team regarding data entry and analysis requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data management and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Proficient in using data management systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
