Property Data Administrator 3 Month Temporary Position Hybrid working Salary: £50K- £60KMust be Available to Start ImmediatelyOffice based in Central LondonThe Client Our client are a leading property company based in Central London, and are looking for a Property Data Administrator to join their team on a three month temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, respectful and collaborative company.The Role
  • Ensuring that the clients lease, property, supplier and client data is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Working within a team to update records in their database in order to continue the clearing the backlog of data
  • Able to read new leases and lease amendments and transfer this onto their system as a record
  • Creating and editing supplier records onto their chosen system
  • Transfer and accurately enter information so it can have further analysis
  • Work collaboratively in the team and think of new ways to improve the data management process
The PersonWe are looking for a strong candidate who has worked within Property/ Real Estate with a minimum of 1 years experience in finance or credit control/ and real estate data manager position, please do not apply for this role if you have not. And who has proven experience in accurately inputting data for a Real Estate/ Property team. You must have at least 1 years experience in using one of the following property management systems; Yardi/ MRI Horizon/ Trace/ Qube or equivalent.
