Our large global client require a Reporting & Analytics Manager. You will have a strong interest in using Machine Learning within an analytics context to drive decisions in a commercial environment. Ideally our client is looking for someone who wants to work in the Insight space but also wants exposure to improving Machine Learning systems in a B2C environment. Our client is ideally looking for someone has seniority in this space and would be comfortable getting their hands dirty in programming languages.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring customer contact strategy is measurable and end to end translates to commercial impact. while identifying continuous improvement opportunities by analysing datasets against experimentation criteria and performance to drive business impact.Skills and Experience:- Experience in measurement of campaign performance and providing KPI performance scoring- A good understanding of mathematical principles and coding languages like Python, R and SQL-Experience in working across Digital ecosystem with clear understanding of interconnectivity of Search, Content, Websites, CRM, Channels & Platforms- Knowledge of segmentation techniques-Strong problem solving and analytical skills-Comfortable working in Agile operating model
