?? What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and building robust analytics solutions with an emphasis on data quality and efficiency
- Interpreting and visualizing complex datasets to support decision-making
- Creating data models, databases, and warehousing solutions that serve the insurance/reinsurance space
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and improvements across multiple data streams
- Developing dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations
�? What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in data analytics (ideally in the P&C insurance or reinsurance domain)
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong background in data warehousing, data modelling, and statistical analysis
- Experience with distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark) and data profiling
- Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (or similar cloud platforms)
