Senior Data Engineer -
My clients are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a start-up feel while benefiting from the support and resources of a large, established organisation.
The Role:This is a senior position requiring a modern, end-to-end Data Engineer who can:
- Deliver impactful projects, including new product-based work and upcoming migration efforts.
- Mentor and up skill junior engineers, fostering team growth.
- Build and deploy robust solutions, from scratch when necessary, with a focus on security, user access, and scalability.
- Support the pricing team, the primary data consumers, with actionable insights and solutions.
- Primary Tech Stack:
- Snowflake (preferred; must have substantial experience building solutions).
- AWS: Lambda, S3, SNS.
- Python: Required, particularly for work-flow tools like Airflow.
- DBT: Experience in data modelling and data vault is highly desirable.
- DevOps: Hands-on experience with tools like Terra form and CDK for deployment.
- Ability to design and implement solutions from data ingestion to production, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Exposure to a variety of projects, including new product development and migration work.
- Autonomy and freedom to innovate, with opportunities to see the immediate business impact.

- Salary - £85,000.
