The Role
- As a Senior Data Platforms Engineer, you’ll become a key player in the Enterprise Records Platform Team, driving excellence in platform engineering for Oracle E-Business Suite. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing expert-level operational support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
- Leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and setting coding best practices.
- Supporting major lifecycle events like upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborating on testing, stabilizing, and optimizing Oracle EBS and associated database technologies.
- This role is perfect for someone with in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, its tech stack, and database management systems, who’s also eager to stay at the cutting edge of industry advancements.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in Oracle Applications DBA roles, including R12.2.x and Oracle Database 19c.
- Skills in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting across the Oracle EBS stack.
- Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Linux scripting, and knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud IaaS, backup tools (TSM/Cohesity), monitoring (OEM/SolarWinds), and replication (AWS DMS/Fivetran).
- Your sharp analytical mind, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach will drive success in this exciting, dynamic environment.
