An exciting organization is seeking an Azure Data Engineer for a 3-year data transformation project focused on migrating systems to Azure with Databricks as the core platform.
The role requires 2-3 years of experience in Azure Data Engineering, with expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and Scala.
Candidates should be familiar with the full Azure Stack and multiple data warehouse solutions, and have a proven track record of long-term contracts.
The position offers a contract rate of £650 per day, is outside IR35, and allows for fully remote work.
Immediate start is available, with ongoing hiring planned throughout the next two years.

I am partnering with an exciting organisation embarking on a 3-year data transformation project - migrating all their current systems into Azure with databricks being the core data platform and aims to integrate MS Fabric in the near future.

This programme is managed in multiple phases looking to hire Contract Data Engineers throughout the entire process so if you are currently in a contract but want to secure your next one then reach out!

The successful candidate will have experience with:

Experience utilising the full Azure Stack
Familiarity with multiple data warehouse solutions
Advanced SQL, Python, Spark & Scala

Core experience within Azure and Microsoft
Confidence leveraging ADF, ADLS, SQL, Python, Databricks and Fabric with scalability and automation as a core focus
Proven track record of multiple long-term/extended contracts
Previous work within SME organizations

Contract:

£650 Per Day
Outside IR35
Immediate Start as well as hiring throughout the next 2 years
Fully Remote
