Design and implement the data architecture for the company's different data programs.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and design data solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain data models, metadata management, and data integration processes that will enable us to harness the power of our data.
Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to ensure alignment with our overall enterprise architecture strategy.
Develop and maintain data architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and data lineage documentation to enable us to track and manage our data effectively.
Evaluate new data technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities to improve data management capabilities and enhance data-driven decision making.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development teams to ensure that data architecture and design principles are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data reporting and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decision making.
Develop and maintain platform governance standards and procedures to ensure that our Azure Data Platform and Databricks environments are optimized for performance, security, and compliance
