The Data Architect role:As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the data architecture to support the client's expansive growth. You will be responsible for designing, optimising, and managing data structures and systems that ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. This role requires strategic thinking and an in-depth understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and cloud-based data systems, particularly in the context of the telecommunications sector.

Data Architect - Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with the organisation's business objectives.
  • Design, build, and manage large-scale data processing systems, data models, and data flows.
  • Lead the migration of legacy data systems to cloud-based architectures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business intelligence, and engineering teams to understand and fulfil data requirements.
  • Ensure data solutions meet quality standards, are scalable, and secure.
  • Stay abreast of data architecture and technology trends, bringing innovative approaches to drive business value.
  • Mentor and guide junior data engineers, promoting best practices in data architecture.

Data Architect - Essential Skills:
