The role requires significant commercial experience with technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and modern DevOps practices including Docker and AWS tools.
Candidates should have expertise in SQL, data transformation, and implementing ETLs and data integration solutions, along with experience in Agile delivery models.
The position offers a salary of £475 per day and is classified as outside of IR35.
Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available, and applicants should have several years of relevant experience.

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading government agency who require a Data Engineer for a 6 month contract.Significant commercial experience with the following technology:* Python* PostgreSQL* REST APIs* Modern DevOps and CI/CD practices and tooling including Docker, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CDK and AWS CloudFormation Significant and demonstrable commercial experience in the following areas:* Expertise in SQL, data transformation and analysis* Delivering high quality software collaboratively in high-performing, crossfunctional development teams.* Experience implementing data ETLs, data streaming systems and data integration solutions* Experience working in the Agile delivery models - such as Scrum and/or Kanban frameworksDetails
