Do you have experience designing, maintaining and processing large volumes of data? Can you demonstrate experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT and Azure?

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join the business on a 12 month contract.

As the successful candidate you will ensure data quality and accuracy, build efficient data pipelines and design data models. Other responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure, including warehouses, lakes, databases, and ETL pipelines.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data while ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Design and optimise data models to meet business needs and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with data teams to integrate and provide seamless data access.
  • Implement data quality controls, validation processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses, ETL processes, and data quality standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend data technologies to meet organisational needs.
  • Support system integration efforts for smooth data transfer between systems.
  • Monitor and analyse data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical scenarios to various stakeholders.
  • Document data processes, flows, and system configurations for effective communication.
